Hi I wanted to ask for information about whether it was possible to purchase an operator synth license for my live ableton 10 intro, thanks for the help.

I’m not sure because I have Suite, but I believe the simplest way to tell will be to go to https://www.ableton.com/en/packs/, make sure that you are logged in to your account (upper right of the window), and then look for Operator amongst the packs. This should show you everything which is available with your particular license and how much things will cost.

Yes, it is possible, its minimum requirement is Lite.

It costs 99 USD.

Upgrading to Suite is a MUCH better deal though.

Note: buying Operator (or Sampler or whatever) does NOT give any extra discount to upgrade to Suite later.

If you want a FM Synth, you may want to give "Dexed" a try. It's a DX7 clone, and it's free. It has all of the algorithms of the DX7, can read and open DX7 sounds.
