Is there a simple way to change key by moving all my notes of the selected tracks up/down simultaneously?

Click somewhere in the note zone, cmd+A, up/down arrows.

The MIDI scale plugin can handle transposition and works on a per track basis not per clip. It doesn’t alter what you see in the piano roll editor though, just the notes before they reach the instrument.
