Pad sound is odd?? Ambient Pads Plus, Peter James

Running Ableton Live on a 2015 Macbook pro. Church setting and we are running the Ambient Pads Plus, Peter James from MT. Over the last few weeks when the pad sound is played the first 30 secs or so the sound is very unstable. Meaning it has a wobble to it, volume up and down, little crackle and pop to it. We have run this before without issue. You can play the track in QT and it plays clean, but once in Live the issue starts. The processor on the mac isn't peaking and we running a lot of other tracks without issue, its just the pad sound. Any thoughts on what might be causing it? We have adjusted gain and eq, we have reloaded them, but the problem still happens.

it sounds like an incorrect warp mode has been applied to the sample. use Complex Pro and go from there.
