Ableton is fine for mastering if that's what you want to use.

any DAW is only as good as the person using it.
In my life
Why do I smile

i hope you are not purposefully mocking someone just because they aren't a native English speaker.

if you know what you are doing then you can get excellent sound quality out of any current DAW.

for mastering the main differences will be in workflow and extra features that you might find helpful. best to try out demos. for example, Studio One has built-in features for compiling albums.

personally, if my main job was mastering, i wouldn't choose Ableton Live. but if you are already using Live, it's not a problem. some people like using multiple DAWs — i have a few — but these days i prefer to concentrate on being proficient at one. it's way too easy to get caught up in accumulating more stuff. life is short and precious!

Nope, I have no idea if they are or not. Basic answer for a basic question.
