Track activator off when make I make a new audio track

If I make a new audio track, the track activator is always off, I think switched an output or something but don't remember. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you saved a new default for New Track.

You can go to User Library\Defaults\Creating Tracks\Audio Track to find (and then maybe delete) the new default.
