I simply want to put single Samples like a Kick or Snare to my Midi Foot Controller. In my case its the Soleman Midi Foot Controller and I believe this must be possible... I can midimap everything to the controller but how do I set it up that it functions like a keyboard with four notes on it.
I want the 4 footswiches to function like 4 notes on the piano so that they can trigger f.e the drum rack in Ableton. Do you have any suggestions?
I dont want to start a clip with the controller - these things are easy with midi mapping. I basically want it to function like a 4 key keyboard.
