Video issue in 10.1.3

For me, video has always been buggy in Live, but in the latest version, 10.1.3, the video window behaves very oddly. Instead of a sizeable "Windows" window, it's just a rectangle that occupies the upper left corner of my main screen, always on top when Live is the app in focus, so that I have to move the Live window to a smaller, secondary screen. Anyone else experience this? Live 10.1.3, Windows 10

I've only experienced that Ableton put video on the product description when they sell you the software and they absolutely have ZERO regard for the fact that it's beyond broken and useless.

Shame on them.
