Hey, is anyone aware if Ableton has a 'hold' envelope feature that is similar to FL Studio?
I've been producing in FL Studio for a while, and I've noticed that my drums always sound a bit nicer and choppier to my ears - due to a 'hold' envelope in the 'ADSR' section of the drum sample and I'm struggling to find a similar parameter in ableton?
vs.
I did come across a post from almost a decade ago that simply links to a Max4Live rack that includes this feature... but I was hoping if there was a simple native resolution.
Thanks for your help!

Yeah I'm thinking the same thing. Can you remember the name of the Max4Live plug. Keen to see what it sounds like.
Thanks
Thanks

For that square-like envelope in the 1st pic, you can switch Simpler to 1-Shot and use the end point to control the length of the "hold" (or maybe just the Fade Out).

Unless I get it wrong, you could use a note length fx as well.
