Recording loop jams like FKJ

SO like title suggests me and my friends are doing a loop jam type set up. We are all going to run from our respective instruments, guitarist doing loops through his boss pedal, me using my apc 40 and push with my synths all running through the scarlett, and ol billy on drums and his mk ii holding the metronome in his ear.. We are all running our shit through to the mixer, which is playing sound. How can I record all this with quality. I realize I'm stepping out of ableton waters I just dont know where else to ask! Thank you so much as always, you guys are helping my dreams come true
