Tracks involuntarily un-arming while recording

I'm using Live 10 Suite v10.1.18 on MBP with Catalina v10.15.6 / 2.8Gh quad i7 / 16GB Memory and recording with an Allen & Heath Qu-Pac. I record using most of the 16 physical inputs and send some of the tracks back to the Qu from Ableton to monitor after applying FX and what not.

I record live band sessions, so i'll usually keep it rolling for at least 3 hours or so. I find sometimes ones it gets into 3 or 4 hours, a couple of the tracks, usually stereo tracks will un-arm and stop recording, while the rest of the tracks remain arm and the recording process continues. Several times i've lost the overheads on the drums because it just happens without warning and without any indication, except if you happen to notice that audio is no longer being written on those tracks.

We make a good effort to keep other programs closed and keep CPU usage down. Haven't been able to find any info or other existing cases of this happening. It's not a user error, it's been a consistent problem from the get go. Any leads?

Well looks like the overheads on the last recording it happened cut out leaving the file size at 2.14GB, well below the 4GB threshold stated in the wiki link. Thanks tho!
