How to switch Operator presets within the one channel when you trigger a new clip?

Yo!

So I'm wondering - is it possible to trigger a new sound preset when you launch a new clip within the one instance of Operator in a midi track?

I'm hoping to jump from one sound preset to another in the following scene, and am hoping there's a way of doing this within the one operator channel.

Any advice much appreciated!

Presets cannot be automated, sadly.
The quickest workaround I could think of would be doing an instrument rack that allows for several instruments / chains so it'd contain the Operators with desired presets, and automating the chain selector to play the different instances of Operator one at a time.
