I have this simple project with a few singers in one track and an instrumental.wav on another track. When I'm mixing it down (just the two tracks lol) I can hear the voices alright, but after I render I find them slightly more "drowned" by the instrumental; or vice-versa: the instrumental a little louder than when inside Ableton.
I was wondering if anyone's experienced something similar before. I don't think I have but this could explain some of my earlier mixing mistakes haha.
If you know why this happens (or why I perceive it to happen) please let me know
PS: I'm no expert.
