how to install live 11 ?

Hello,
in the folder I downloaded and extract , I find 3 folders..
- a standard installer
- and 2 RAR folders: standard data installers 1 & 2
Until now, there was only one set up app.. So how to process now?

The clue is in the name of the Installer file!!

thanks a lot but I don't understand what you said.
I can read but I’m not very smart and I don't know what doing with these 2 .cab folders.. Should I just start the standard installer to install live?
