I see the other topic about this problem was marked "resolved" however mine is not. I have exactly the same problem and not able to drag the window. I can size it down up to some point then it stops and will not change the size at all. I tried different video clips with the same result.
This is super frustrating as it covers Live Menu section.
I hope somebody from Ableton will respond here. I have sent a message to support a few days ago but so far no reply.
