Everything freezes until I press Ableton Push play button

Anyone ever experienced this?

When I click the play button (or press spacebar) to listen to my session, everything freezes and the only way to stop playing the session and unfreeze it all is to press the Ableton Push play button.

I literally can't make any changes to my session while the track is playing....

I'm barely using any plugins and my CPU is running at mid 30% too....

Windows 10 / Ableton Live 11
