Live 11.0.2 tempo and time signature change with scene name

Changing tempo or time signature using the scene name is broken.
Same on OSX 10.14.6 and Windows 10.

Expand the Master track's width to reveal those settings now

Thanks, I know that, but the manual states that the old technique still works, and that's a good point to have compatibility for projects made with previous versions.
