How to Launch the Previous Scene With One MIDI Footswitch?

Post by velaramon » Sun Apr 11, 2021 11:29 pm

In session view, I'd like to set up one footswitch on a MIDI pedalboard to launch the next scene and another to launch the previous scene. The scenes are in order from top to bottom.

The first part is working, that is, by mapping "scene down" to a footswitch, I can launch the next scene down.

But I can't figure out how to go back, that is, how to launch the previous scene by pressing another footswitch. If I map the "scene up", it will select the scene, but will not launch it.

Thanks for any help!

Anyone?

Seems like there must be a way to do something as simple as this, no?

I don’t see any Solution that is not using M4L. Is that an option ?
MacBook Pro 13" Retina i7 2.8 GHz OS 10.13, L10.0.1, M4L.
MacStudio M1Max 32Go OS 12.3.1

Yes! I’m using 11 Suite.
