Time Signature & Tempo

I'm trying to determine the times signature & tempo of this track.

I want to set loop points so I can work on recreating the track part by point. But I don't know if my technique is way off, or if the track drifts... considerably. There might be time changes in there or something... Any way, if you could please take a look at it & let me know what you think I'd appreciate it.

It’s 4/4 but good luck warping it !
