So, I'm getting back into making music and I feel like you need a Ph.D. to set up the program and load the plug-ins. In the past, I've used garage band and soundtrap which are very user-friendly but have their limits.
Would anyone be available to walk me through the process? Willing to Venmo for an hour session.
Here are the issues I'm having:
- Can't hear or record from my midi keyboard Arturia Keylab49, but I can hear the test sound
- How to load and use Analog Lab 4/5 in Arturia
Thanks!

Re: New to DAW/Abelton
For some reason, I was at home with Ableton the first day. I tried Cubase first, and I still get cramps in my stomach when thinking about that...
Go to link/midi/tempo-tab in Preferences. Choose your (connected) midi-device in one of the midi-in drop-down menues.
I hope you get good answers to your other questions

Thanks! For some reason restarting helped.
