Metronome click not working with 2 audio interfaces

Post by behndy » Tue Dec 07, 2021 7:13 am

have been using a Presonus AR16C as my audio interface/mixer for awhile with Ableton with no problems. just added a Presonus Studio24c to have an easy output to run computer/Live sound into external hardware boxes. running ASIO4ALL gets me access to both interfaces's outputs/inputs in Live, WOOT.

but since switching to that setup, i am no longer getting the metronome click whilst playing or recording. it selects and seems to be working, i just think it's not going out the AR16C outs, even though i select those in the Main strip.

i can't seem to find a place to choose where to send the click to.

i've been making my own click tracks in a Clip, which while not ideal, does work.

any suggestions?

The click output (and volume) is set in the Master channel with the "Cue Out" drop-down menu, and the Cue volume knob.
