Extra Live pack downloads?

any news on when they are downloadable?
it was announced for this week..

Because of some technical problems the downloading of additional Live packs is delayed. We hope to have it next week. Sorry.

Are these extra to those on the two CDROMs, or are these duplicates for those who only upgraded as a download?

Also, will they be advertised to registered users so we know they are arrived?
