Slippage between the sample waveform I see and what I hear

Hello
when i see a sample waveform play it is significantly ahead of what i hear.
My latency is down to a couple of ms
Any suggestions?

Hi Ive had a look and those update suggestions dont really help with this issue at all thanks. Any other direct suggestions with this

My point was you’re not giving us any information about your system, sound card or version of Live for people to be able to help. Some more details are needed.

You have latency-inducing plugins in your set.
