Rendering Issues

Post by Blackened Raven » Mon Jun 20, 2022 2:36 pm

I currently make piano tunes in Live 11.1.6, when I render something the first time it sounds exactly like it did in the project, however with any subsequent renders they have sudden spikes in note velocities for some reason. Any idea what could could be causing it? There's no reason it should be happening when I haven't done anything to the project.

ESL Creepy Piano 2, BX Townhouse, Softube Tape and Ableton Limiter on the master.

sudden spikes in note velocities
Have you been able to find out in which track it's happening?
Check that there isn't midi notes with velocity randomization applied.

I think I figured it out, the townhouse comp was set to an auto release so I set it to the 1.2 setting and it came out as it was in the project again, nice!
