The device needs to be loaded in that Track.

Then you select the device in the top drop-down menu.

Then the device's parameters will be available in the bottom drop-down menu (DeviceOn is usually the first in the list).

An easier way is to right-click the round on/off button in the top-left of each device, then select "Show Automation" from the menu.

You can right-click almost any button, knob and slider in Live and use the Show Automation option for it.

It is "Modulation" in that PNG.

Blue lines or dots are "Modulation".

In Arrangement View, Automation is in the Tracks, not Clips, and you need to enter "Automation Mode"

I wanted to ask
why there is no Device on menu in arrangiment view in clip "Modulation"=Envelopes ?
In session view , there is Device on menu in clip ("Modulation")=Envelopes ?

I don't know, I think it is limited to places where they can show visually the modulation (relative to the absolute value), like knobs and sliders, but not on/off buttons or drop down menus.
