Project won't render no matter what I do

So I have hade a good expierience so far with ableton, everything works fine. But I spent the entire day today trying to export my project rendering all individual tracks separtly, and everytime the rendering process gets stuck somewhere. When I turn on normalize it gets stuck on finding max amptitude or something, when I turn it off it gets stuck converting bit rate. I am so done and frustrated right now. I have tried rendering each track indivudually to find if one track was just bugged or glitched out, but no, I could export them all. But as soon as I want to export the tracks together the rendering just gets stuck. I froze and flattened all tracks, I did everything I could find and nothing seems to work.

Please help me because im going mad here.

Make sure all your plug ins are up to date, that's almost always the culprit in these kinds of situations.

How do I update plugins?

Go to the manufacturer's website for each of your plug ins and download the latest versions of the ones you own, then install them.

I don't have any custom plugins
