UR22C driver

I've just moved from Cubase to Ableton and am using a UR22C as my audio interface. In Ableton is defaults to the MME driver. In Cubase it used the ASIO.
Can anyone tell me if there is a difference or which one would generally be recommended for using it in Ableton. I can't find any info on line to determine which to use. I'm on WIndows 10.

ASIO is definitely the preferred option, you should be able to select it in Live’s audio preferences. Make sure you are using the latest driver too.
