laptop that meets these requirements?

Hi,

I'm looking into getting a laptop for portable use (not a desktop replacement). Long battery life is required, and I'm hoping I can get good performance using the onboard audio. Large screen and super excellent graphics are not that important. I don't need a large or fast harddrive, as I'm planning on using my external FW drive.

One thing that concerns me is that I have a FW800 external harddrive, but it doesn't appear that any laptops ship with FW800 support. Does anyone know when companies may start supporting FW800?
