{OT} How to open a Mac HFS dvd on PC?

I have a dvd which is a HFS file format that my PC does not even recognize. It was made on a Mac. How can I get it to be read by the PC or even re save/clone in a Mac and save to a HD and reburn to dvd for PC?

If you use toast titanium for burning cd's.
Then you have an option to burn the disc for mac or pc or both.
That should work.
Although... most incompatibility issues are due to the brand of the empty disc.
