OT: Best option for Tibook hard drive upgrade?

Hi

I'm looking to upgrade the 20Gig internal HD in my Tibook 500. I want to go 40-60 Gig.

Can anybody give any advice as to the best option? I know I should go for a 5400rpm drive and have heard good things about the IBM Travelstar 48Gig.

I use my Tibook for Logic studio work and live Live gigging. If anyone out there has done a simillar upgrade or has the secret wisdom (possible pitfalls etc), any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

I've read somwhere a couple of months ago that IBM will be coming out with some new 7200rpm hard rives fore notebooks, but's don't know if they are out yet or not.
