Should I buy Albeton Live 5?

Bugs & problems? Depends on how you use it and how stable your system it is. I have no issues with stability, and my set often runs 50-60 tracks simultaneously, while also running VJ software with three video capture cards.

I keep my Mac streamlined and only use Live's built-in effects (apart from George Yohng's W1 Limiter), and have had only one crash since installing 5, and that was using another freeware plug-in. I also keep the CPU load meter below 40% at all times to allow plenty of processor headroom.

Using a reliable and stable soundcard with up-to-date drivers is crucial, too.

Try the demo. You'll be hooked!
