But.

The US has always held this kind of free speech as an example of the freedoms that are afforded in this nation, as well as an example of how law has no purpose in regulating hate.

Its really the bonafide incompetence and ignorance that is shown through this family that is they're true downfall, not some law, which would attempt to regulate words.

What is truly frightening about the EU, is that thought can have you imprisoned. The question quickly becomes Who is the arbitor who decides what thought is dangerous? With that, comes a systematic dissolution of other law, such as the case of Ernst Zundel, who (regardless of his thoughts or writings) was illegally extradicted first to Canada, and then to Germany, to be tried for thought crimes.

I am completely with you all, that these people are horrible, and they are corrupting their children. But no law could inflict as much damage as the public disgust that this kind of open hate can inspire. In fact, imprisoning people for their thoughts rather than their actions can bring much more attention to their thoughts, and create a groundswell of sympathy for such people...think of Charles Manson, or all the Black Panthers...good or bad, by systematic subversion of such things, one creates a reason for suspicion of the motivations behind that suppression.

I guess what Im saying is, citizens can kill these little bitches, but if the govt does it, it will only throw fuel on the fire.

I'm with you, it shouldn't be illegal to state your point of view. That's what Mr Tony B.Liar is trying to do in this country - get rid of our rights to free speech.

But when it's people using 12 year old girls to get their message accross (yes let's not kid ourselves these are their own views - they are not old enough to have formed independent informed views) then that should be different. It should be illegal to use children in this way.

Here's some lirics for ya:
prussian blonde wrote: Where freedom exists for only those with darker skin,
Where lies and propaganda will never let you win.
Where symbols of your heritage are held with such contempt,
And benefits of country ’cept tax are you exempt.

Aryan man awake,
How much more will you take,
Turn that fear to hate,
Aryan man awake.
Written by 12 year olds expressing their own opinions? No. Those words are written by adult nazis and they are using a couple of young kids to promote their views. That should be illegal imo.

This is some of the scariest shit Ive seen in a LONG Time....
You are right about this being scary but its a worldwide problem. This type of ideology is being preached everyday in many forms to the young. Except, in other countries young people who are taught this way are given weapons an allowed to act with violence then voice there views in music. If that scared you dont want to watch this video on Al qaeda in Sudan which i remember you saying didnt exist or anything else i can expose. You will find America an the rest of the West has far more problems to worry about then wanna be Olsen twins.

From the artilce:

Like many children across the country, Lamb and Lynx decided to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina — the white ones.

The girls' donations were handed out by a White Nationalist organization who also left a pamphlet promoting their group and beliefs — some of the intended recipients were more than a little displeased.

After a day of trying, the supplies ended up with few takers, dumped at a local shop that sells Confederate memorabilia.

Sorry guys, for me like Robespierre said: "no freedom/liberty, to the enemy of freedom/liberty". Period.
You can think what you want, but if you act on it (like sing about hate stuff, or write etc.. )NOT talk or discuss that's "OK"), then you're "over the fucking line"...
The hypocrisy of the US is /was to bar entrance of the country for people who were tied w/ Communist party or close to Nazis.. But you go to Barnes and Nobles and buy Mein Kampf (a bestseller) and can walk around w/ swastikas on you!!. lots of former nazis were in the US. Communists (and leftists in general) were outlawed but not neo nazis!!!!!The Tim McVeigh bombing of the Federal building undercurrents were rapidly shadowed. the FBI always monitored the neo nazis but more to use them rather than destroy them like they did the BPP or other leftists orgs.
This is a general pancapitalist cancer: fascism, in a new perverted way is taking over: definitely in the US but also in western europe, gangrened by fears (immigration, unemployement etc..) and terrorism.

"We're proud of being white, we want to keep being white," "We want our people to stay white … we don't want to just be, you know, a big muddle. We just want to preserve our race."

I'm thinking about making this my new signature. what do you think?

I watched and read some of the articles and really can't stand this mixtures of mixing muslims and arabs and fundamentalist: this is right wing garbage. Misinformation and all. If you wanna defeat "global extrimism" start by checking references and your language.!
BTW this video is sh*t.. you don't hear anything, plus it's dubbed, in all fareness it could be a fake. If you want to fight something, your argument have to be irreprochable! Can't fight or critisize something for the wrong reasons or with bad arguments, the effets being the opposites (see farenheit 911 for that mater!).

Computo, it's not just thoughts that can have you imprisoned, it's the public expression of certain thoughts. In particular those that incite violence and/or hate.

I don't see what the big difference is with other crimes. The people choose the government, the government decides what is tolerable and what is intolerable, the resulting laws are applied by the judges. The laws reflect the rules of society and the police and judges are entrusted the power to enforce those rules.

In America the public is disgusted with these nazi kids, but they can't do anything to stop them from spreading their rethoric (unless you think public lynchings are a good idea). In Europe people are disgusted as well, but they also have a legal way to try and stop it.

Let's say a muslim imam in the US is preaching the destruction of the country. He's encouraging young men to become suicide bombers and die as marters of Allah. Would you rather have him keep on doing that because of freedom of speech, or would you rather have him prosecuted for inciting voilence?

You use the word "irreproachable" as though you think i wont have a rebuttal to your statement. Its obvious this documentary has been dub because its reformated re-edited for redistribution on the web. What part of "obvious" dont you understand? As far as misinformation goes the movie "farenheit 911" doesnt make for a better argument either. The best movie Micheal Moore ever starred in was "The Divided State". http://www.thisdividedstate.com/ Since, i do like religion and terrorist topics. i do have interesting articles that you might like on misinformation or is it really misinformation? i definitely like anyone to really tell me whats on there mind afterwards.
