Re-selling Live

As I think mentioned here before, my iBook has unfortunately went belly up and died; Apple/Denmark's repair shop claims that some sort of fluid has been in the machine, and that the warranty does not cover such damage - so I'm left with no computer to run Live on. Buying a new computer, even a *shrugs* PC, is not really an option for me, financially. I'm also left with Reaktor and an EMI 2/6, for which I have no use. I'm writing this on an 8600 powermac, which is all I have, now.

I want to sell my software and the 2/6 and buy a hardware sampler (Akai S2000, probably) and a harddisc recorder or tape multitracker. It doesn't really bother me much, as I don't really need the flexibility/editing options that the computer offered any more. I'm actually quite glad to go back to basics. I'm a singer/songwriter and guitarist, mainly.

Sorry to wander. Here's my question: since I've already authorised Live, is there a problem in reselling it? Would the new owner be able to authorise it on his or her computer, with no problems?

It's v1.5, boxed, about 2 months old.

I might be interested in buying if you get the right answer to your question.
