that works fine with live 5 as well
maybe machinate knows?
imagining the k2000's possibilities with a bit more workspace seems really nice, especially now i am so spoiled with stuff like ableton and my MD....
I don't wanna leave it in the corner cauz it is a bitch to program with such a small screen....
anyone knows a good software editor for k2000 on xp?

actually I think it's one of the easiest big synths to program, once you get the hang of it. I've done probably 400 patches for it in my time, and never used anything but the display. I hope to get it set up again, right now my studio is just a laptop and a few controllers.
mbp 2.66, osx 10.6.8, 8GB ram.

I know what you mean, have the synth also allready for 6 years....but I am getting so spoiled these days, and if I have to choose i find myself going into the laptop for programming so much easier then bentover in that little green screen...
so you don't know any?
except of sounddiver that is totally mac these days, i think

I miss my k2000 somehow... Had to sell it some years ago. It's a lovely machine, quite unique.
Well... I don't miss it THAT much, but it is very capable of great sound design.
Cheers,
