Hi
I think that that problem is actually a bug in Rewire, not in Live.
It's been there for years now. i'm also waiting for a fix.

Killerbeam

there is NO bug!

there is no bug in reason either in ableton...you have to turn on loop function in reason...thats all and the "bug" is gone

Reason/Live loop bug still exists

Post by DJADD » Wed Mar 12, 2003 4:04 pm

I just tried it... it still misses the first note...

I usually just let Reason run without looping, or I've made the loop long enough were the missed note is part of the tune :)

But I sure wish they could fix this darn thing.

KillerBeam, as far as I know everyone lights up the loop button in reason, that's the whole point, how are you able to get your working correctly?

loop first note off problem...

Maybe he has the only Live/Reason setup in the world that doesn't drop the first note upon looping.

KillerBeam, what versions of Live and Reason are you running, and what platform? Do you not lose the first note/beat upon return of the loop?

Doesn't nudging the first note a bit work? Just a tick or two - just a little, so that it isn't noticeable.
