Cool. I hope you like it. :) Pics from the night:

It was Blank and Jones headlining. I'm at the top of the page with my lonely keyboard and laptop. :)

Yeah, pretty nice set man. I enjoyed it. Will add it to my library. Nice track selection as well, although I could have done without the washing machine tune. Nice set though, I enjoyed listening to it.

Thanks

LOL. I just ordered a sound card for it. I've been waiting for the Xone:3D to match it up with, but for now I'm still using the powerbook. By next week, I'll be moved over. I'm going to use my Novation ReMote25 and the Indigo DJ card with the laptop. Don't want to use the ozonic since I'm afriad of the drivers from M-Audio and the fact that I would have power the Ozonic and the laptop (two cords to worry about) rather than just the one cord for the 17" laptop using the aforementioed set up.

:)

(nice catch btw).

a bit of both. I have a pretty large record collection that is slowly getting converted based on tracks that I still like and have a timeless quality to them. I also buy a lot of audio files online now. Much more affordable. And with Live its completely justifiable. :)

yeah man, that track cracks me up.

I suggest beatport, trackitdown.net, addictech, and maybe DJDownloads if you don't mind paying extra. Beatport owns them all right now. However, you can find gems that are off the beaten path if you look through the smaller download sites. Its kind of like modern day crate digging.

what's funny is that I spend just as much as a did when I only bought vinyl, but now I have like 5 times as much music being purchased! Surprising. I thought I would save more money, but instead I end just buying more music because its cheaper and easier to do so.

A sign of a true music addict, I guess. :)
