Aren't there like 6 or 7000 of these........is it that hard for people to get a good tone that they need to try this?

Looks pretty sweet to me! For someone looking for distorted/overdriven sounds, outboard analog is the way to go in my experience ... vst emulations are ok but sound weak alongside the real deal, esp when they try to simulate valve saturation!

its not so bad for something thats quality and hand-wired. Anyway, I've never used one so I dont have a clue if its good or not. But I have a custom valve distortion unit which rocks, I use at least once in every track I make.

Ok, allow me to elaborate further..........

500 bucks is a mind-blowing amount of money. If you can afford that, you can probably afford a boutique amp that is tube/awsome sound.

These 300 to 500 bone boutique pedals cannot be so good, that you need these AND the kick-ass amp.

What? A shitty amp and one of these?

And it's not like you can try them out........try to find all these funky pedals at you local music store............

It's cool (of course) if you like it, but I see about 5 to 10 of these things commin' out EVERY MONTH! I just don't get it................
