beat repeater = supatrigga

i love them alot too, although i feel beatrepeat doesn't excite me as much as the others (supatrigga and livecut) do...

i was really sad i had to give up on the ioplong plugs when changing the toshiba for the powerbook. splonki... mmmmm

Beat Repeat has been more stable for me lately, I had some issues with Supatrigga not wanting to stop looping. I could turn off the plug and still here the audio looping in it, weird. The only downside of Beat Repeat, is that you can sometimes hear a very slight pause when turning it on or off as an insert effects. It's not as instantaneous as Supatrigga in that regard.

my main gripe with beat repeat is the limited 'interval' choices...

1/32 1/16 1/8 1/4 1/2 1B 2B 4B...

not odd enough for my taste. what about 5/4 and the likes (while still being in a 4/4 global measure)?

granted, ST only does the 4, 8, 16,... stuff, but it's a different device nontheless.
