and from their new midi controllers:
seems like there's always people wanting chiming in here who don't want to have to use their mouse while performing... this might be a good option. Is a joystick more your style? We’ve got you covered. Our innovative ClickPoint™ performs double duty, as either as an X/Y joystick or as a USB mouse to navigate through your softsynths or DAW software. This dynamic controller is a 3-axis, spring-loaded, fingertip joystick-trackball that is difficult to describe, but easy to use.
the Korg Radias takes the cake.... but why didnt' they add pads to that one?

The Radias looks like a whole lot of fun. Between the new VA from Roland and the Radias I would pick the Radias but then again, who wouldn’t? The Roland VA would be so darn easy to program though and I guess there is something to be said for that. A problem I see with the Radias is that I am guessing that the polyphony of a maxed out patch is probably down to 8 or even 6 voices. I decided that I wouldn’t buy another analog or VA that was less than a minimum of 16 voices ever again years ago and have stuck to that ever since (excluding mono’s of course).
A little about myself in this thread after Sales Dude McBoob asked for more information after reading my signature at the time after I started a stupid thread: http://www.ableton.com/forum/viewtopic. ... ht=#295839
lol, so i just called those lunch-boxes at Guitar Center to ask them when we could expect stock of the padKontrol. The guy was like "well, m-audio has a pretty good grip on the market. i wouldnt expect to see us carry something like that from korg anytime soon. although i might be able to special order it"
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME. lol, these guys are sooooo god damn stupid. If they honestly dont carry them, i will never even look at a guitar center again.

Bloody brilliant. Absolutely bloody brilliant. This company never ceases to impress me.Korg.com wrote:The unique design allows the knob-laden control module to pivot up or down, and even move to the side to accommodate a laptop computer, ElecTribe, KAOSS Pad or other audio unit.
I found the MS-2000 series to be the easiest synths to program that I have ever laid hands on. It looks like there's a lot of similarity between the MS2000s and these Radiases.
Very impressed. The pad kontrol jobby is pretty sweet too, kind of makes me regret my MPD-16.
