I have a MP3 file, it’s a song. Two weeks ago I convert the MP3 file to WAV and put it on a track in arranger in Live 2.03. Here I corrected the BPM, Warp markers, sample settings etc, and saved the Analysis (.Wav.ASD) file. Then I go play with this song to remix it. All went well. Mix is done. Original song .WAV file I don’t need anymore so I delete this file but I keep the Analysis file and the original .MP3 to the hard disk.
Today I converted the MP3 file again to WAV. I copied the WAV and the analysis file to a new folder and wanted to start using live again. When I dragged the .WAV into a track in the arranger, Live started to re-create the analysis file again so I lost al my settings.
What does live check to re-create the Analysis file?
