Program/Bank Change not working

Tried posting on the Bugs page but no answer. I'll shorten my query:

The program/bank change is not working and it was with my Lite version. I change the program or bank and it does NOTHING. I should add the midi loops(in LIVE) i recorded from the sound module are sending CC info just fine. Am I just not doing something right?
LOGIC PRO 7.2 w/ G4 1.67 1.5G RAM . Mac OSX 10.4.8, LIVE 6.0, Virus TI Keyboard, Korg EMX1, AXIOM 25 and Keystation Pro 88 midi controllers, Midisport 2x2 midi interface, UltraLite audio interface and 1 Rode NT3 mic "check, check".

Try having the clip playing while you change banks/program.

The change doesn't come until the clip plays. Perhaps you even need to stop/start it if it is already playing?
