4 out of 5 dentists prefer curling to all other winter sports............. 8)

scottish and olympic champion rhona martin. scary woman, i wouldn't bring a burst pay packet home to her.she would probably eat you... she's still a national hero though for bringing home the gold.


I remember one morning while delivering milk when i was about 15, the roads were completely iced over and there was a group of men curling in the street. very bizzare.

I used to work late night at a supermarket when I was in my teens. After the floor cleaning crew would come through a couple of us would set up a bowling alley with frozen turkeys and 2 litre soda bottles. Maybe I invented the US version of curling. Think of all the advertising you could fit on a frozen turkey!
