Post by continuous » Sat Feb 18, 2006 9:03 pm

Wish I would've known this was coming out before I bought the Traveler so I thought I'd post it up for others who might be considering...

Yeah I agree...guess the web people are prepping it?

Guess there was an ad for it in this month's EM.

There's a post about it on UnicorNation.

was in a music store 3 nights ago to buy a traveler....as is the case 95% of the time i go into music stores the staff were pricks, and i left without buying rather than dealing with insufferable assholes getting commissions from me..now something far more up my alley is coming down the pipeline! Sometimes bad events have positive outcomes

Now, sweetwater may have the candy slick happy-happy-joy thing going......but they rarely have ANYTHING I want in stock (three times in a row!)

I emailed about it and hope to get the skinny. If they have it........I'M IN! :)

Man that looks sweet! I am in the market for an interface that's somewhere between a Presonus Firebox and a MOTU Traveller in terms of price and features - this may just be "the one"!

Hopefully it will have reached Australia by the time I have the money to afford one.

Me too !
Well the traveler is bigger in size, of course but it's a great machine. Maybe I'll buy the new one too, just for the road...

yup. I'm in! The fact that it'ws smaller than the traveler makes it a no brainer for me. The traveler has been flawless, but this unit looks like it is basically the traveler with 2 less pres, and the size is even better for me and my road rig!
