Timeline for Live as Rewire Slave on OSX

Post by amwintx » Wed May 07, 2003 8:46 pm

Hello,

I was wondering how soon we can expect to be able to use Live as a rewire slave on OSX? This seems like it would be a fairly major feature priority now that a majority of the bugs in 2.0 have been fixed through updates. I am sure I am not alone in wanting to use Live 2.0 with Logic 6.0 on OSX. Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Adam

Logic 6.0 does act as a rewire master

Post by amwintx » Wed May 07, 2003 10:25 pm

Alex,

Thanks for the reply. Since Logic 6.0 is now a rewire master application as well as Cubase SX, I was just wondering if there was any new information regarding a timeline for Live rewire slave functionality.

Thanks.

Hi Adam,

I know that ReWire slave functionality is a burning issue to many of our OS X user. So you can be sure it's in my head but I can't offer a date.

regards,
Alex
