Looking to broaden my library and horizons a bit. Genre irrelevant, what have been your favorite albums that have been released in the last 5 years?

the last 2 gorillaz albums & the last muse album are the ones that i really liked over the last 5 years , nothing else really got me into the wow state .

Luomo "The Present Lover"

Akufen "My Way"

Arcade Fire "Funeral" (Not life changing but damn good)

Cap N Jazz "S/T" (ok over 5 years old but I listen to this record for days in a row every Spring)

Black Starr (Ditto...)

kruder & dorfmeister - k&d sessions. all time classic, production , arrangement...everything pure cream

the bug - pressure.

plaid - double figure.

tool - aenema

nin - downward spiral

some older then 5 years....so what great music is timeless

People Under The Stairs - Original Sound Track

That's off the top of my head from the last 5 years, I'm sure I'm missing some.

DEFINITELY get Blackstar (1998), that album changed me. If you dig that, get Mos Def's Black On Both Sides (1999).
