Waves Plug-ins, Mac OS X

Does anybody know how to get Waves plugins to "stick" in Live? When I open a set that contains any Waves plugins, I get prompted to "select a WAVES plugin..." for each one. Very annoying. Is this a Waves issue or a Live issue?

my waves don't work directly in live --they are not vst effects but directx. I use the free ffx-4 to host the waves plugins within Live on a pc.

I believe this a Waves issue due to the WaveShell....
I have not tried this on OSX yet. That is the way it was
on OS 9.

Do your Waves plugins save with the Live set or do you have to reload them when you open the saved Live set?
