Just put 'World Cup Spoiler' or some shit in the subject.

Having your team lose is one kind of pissed off but having someone spoil a cup game sucks. There aren't many left and it'll be another 4 years before we get more.

for the 2002 world cup 49.2 billion worldwide. Viewing figures have been up 50% in 2006 due to more convenient viewing times for Europe and Africa.

it takes two to tango, dont want to know whats going on - dont open world cup related threads, till you know yer in the clear anyways.

I heard that in america the broadcast of the matches are interrupted for commercials, is this true ? If so - there's yer fuckin spoiler...

RE: the match....it was the best I seen so far, class sportsmanship all-round. I was rooting for brazil, but I got to give credit to france they played a cracking match. Not only were they a goal up, but they were still on the attack - the midfielders were top-rate and nothing could get past the defense....

also, i reckon ronaldo kept looking for penalties...he would have two/three guys stuck on him hard, but as soon as he got into the box he'd drop like a sack of spuds even tho they would ease off......he did this too many times to count, and he only got one free kick out of the lot from what I recall (only seen the second half)...

highlight of the match ? the sportsmanship displayed by both sides, especially brazil, shaking hands, exchanging shirts general positive vibes etc...

compare that to the england V portugal match...sore losers big time.

It's too late if it's in the subject line. I think that is what he was complaining about.

...

It was a terrific game. I was hoping to see some Henry brilliance! Zindane was great too. It's too bad that so many games have been marred by bad sportsmanship, but this was a nice contrast. I think we will see France and Germany in the finals, and I wouldn't be surprised if it goes to penalty kicks.

Man I'm just super depressed and I'm only half brasilian. My uncles and cousins sounded like they were in tears today. I'm going out to the gym and work it off. Seriously I've been in the house all day with Defeated Team Syndrome (DTS). I was so shocked. But the better team won today and i can admit to it now.

i'd like to see italy get through to the final, only because they aint gentlemen (from what I've seen they've been playing pretty rough) and thus the game should be more exciting to watch...just a theory!
