adjustable crossfader curve in Live 6?

Post by robtronik » Sat Jul 15, 2006 6:50 pm

you alpha testers! any word on this? It would be a nice little addition to making mixes sound more to our liking. right now the curve is pretty harsh.

aside from that the extra midi assignments and multiple midi assignments to one key/knob whatever are really making me think about how that opens up my midi controller even more. More value! Good stuff.

Thinking about the sampler too. The sound design possibilities are intriguing.

if ableton 6 cannot do this, then does anyone know of an osx solution, perhaps a way to map a new curve using one of those midi translator programs? I would love to have a nice tight curve for fast on-off scratch clicks without having to lug a dj mixer around...
