I downloaded the Zebra 1.5 demo and tried the patches that come with it. Very nice sounds!

How is it with Zebra when it comes to patch libraries, especially the bread and butter ones? Is there a website where you can upload and/or download patches or whole libraries?

I still think that it's one of Ableton's biggest mistakes in marketing Operator not to provide something like an online patch repository for users.

Zebra 2 is vastly different from Zebra 1.5 - 2 different synths really - 1.5 patches do not translate to v2... you can keep both synths side by side. I've never used 1.5 as I discovered Zebra 2 just after the preview version became available. You can purchase Zebra2 now and use the preview version (which is as stable as any synth)

Patch libraries... hmmm... The finished version of Zebra 2 will be available soon. There is a potentially final beta available to registered users. The developer plans to have a preset site, but that is not ready yet and the included presets are somewhat disorganized and many are missing the X/Y performance settings. I gather the people doing the presets are working on that too. So the included presets give a good range of what is possible and work as starting points but are not where they will be in 3 months time.

What do you guys think of Foorius? I think it sounds bad-ass, but my CPU can't handle it. :(
