What Wav cutting method do you use?

Hi all,

I was just wanting opinions on what method you guys and gals use to cut your wavs up. There are different methods as far as I can see. Cutting up masters of finished tracks into loops, cutting up individual tracks within a song and also things such as how long the loops are etc. I'd just like some feedback. I'm just getting started with live and would like some opinions before I get too far into the arduous process of cutting up 160 minutes of music!
