it's not multi-sample in the traditional sense, in terms of velocity hits, but rather, multiple microphone positions.
basically, with this rack, you can 'dial in' different mic positions.... close mics, room mics, overheads... etc....
the samples are from a studio session i did a couple of months ago with a well known Australian engineer, in a high end studio in Melbourne.
I've tried to keep the file itself as small as possible, but because of the nature of what i was trying to achieve, It needed to be fairly big... 17MB
i've also included an fx rack for the kit itself... with which you can dial up a couple of different warming/dirtying fx.
let me know what you think of it, and how this idea can be improved upon.

Could someone please make this available?

i've tweaked it since then, so i'll put up a new and improved version soon.
i don't really have space to host it though, so i'll have to u-send it again.

ok.. new improved AM_DrumKit_Mk3.alp.zip - 25MB
here....
http://download.yousendit.com/F970771850C9234C
it's an acoustic kit recorded a well known Melbourne Studio, by an ARIA award winning producer.
single hit samples in multiple impulse instances, basically triggering different mic placements all at once.
In the .ALP i have included a bit of an audio demo.
it's pretty processor hungry, but i reckon you get pretty good results... and you can always freeze the tracks....
...hosting coming soon...
cheers,
:)M

alright here is an audio rack that can be useful to many: it changes a pattern with snare on beats 2 and 4 to one with the snare on 3 (kind of going half-time, hence the name "halfer").
download it here: http://download.yousendit.com/CB5924B3320BA060
note: you must first install mgtriggergate first. get it here: http://www.mgaudio.de/modules/main.php? ... d&lang=eng
i originally did it with a couple of autopans, but it's tighter with mgtriggergate
the first chain is for the snare, the second for the kick and the third for the hi-hat. it works great here (at least it does what i want).
